1. Devotee Account & User Responsibilities

When accessing our storefront or maintaining an account:

• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, true, and complete contact, email, and shipping information during checkout or account creation.
• Credential Confidentiality: Authentication is conducted via passwordless email OTP or Google OAuth. You are responsible for protecting access to your registered email account and authorized devices.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse the storefront, disrupt server infrastructure, transmit fraudulent orders, or attempt unauthorized database access.

2. Product Descriptions, Natural Variations & Visual Disclaimer

Our catalogue includes natural Nepali Rudrakshas, Vedic Ratnas (gemstones), sacred Malas, and ceremonial Puja Kits sanctified on the sacred ghats of Varanasi:

• Natural & Artisan Variations: Natural Rudraksha beads, wood beads (Tulsi, Sandalwood), and Jyotish gemstones are natural organic or mineral formations. Variations in natural Mukhi grooves, bead size, shade, internal inclusions, banding, and weight are innate characteristics of genuine specimens.
• Catalogue Photography Disclaimer: Digital renderings, mockups, and catalogue photographs are published for representational and indicative purposes. Illumination differences, camera optics, and display calibration mean that delivered articles may exhibit visual variations in hue, polish, or packaging.
• Legal Waiver by Buyer: As stipulated in our legal disclosures, visual, aesthetic, or natural shade variations between website photography and delivered products shall not be deemed a defect, deficiency in service, or misrepresentation under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

3. Pricing, Order Acceptance & Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Pricing & Taxes: All product prices displayed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless a localized currency is selected, and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
• Order Acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation establishes receipt of your booking. Divya Rituals reserves the right to verify recipient details before consecration and dispatch.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): For orders placed under Cash on Delivery (COD), the devotee commits to paying the full invoice amount to the courier representative upon handover of the parcel at their doorstep. Refusing delivery without valid reason disrupts temple consecration and logistics operations.

4. Shipping, Transit Protection & Delivery

• Ganga-Purified Packaging: Articles are consecrated and packed in secure, tamper-evident packaging before dispatch via national courier partners.
• Transit Damage & Replacement: If an item is damaged in transit, a 100% Free Express Replacement is provided subject to our verification protocol: a continuous, uncut unboxing video must be shared with support within 48 hours of confirmed courier delivery.
• Order Tracking: Devotees can view delivery status and courier tracking identifiers directly through our dedicated portal at https://divyarituals.com/track-order.

5. Pran Pratishtha Consecration & Cancellation Window

In strict alignment with our published Sanctification & Return Policy:

• Strictly Non-Returnable: Consecrated goods, temple prasad, sacred consumables (Gangajal, Mahaprasad), and items energized under personal Gotra Sankalp cannot be restocked, transferred, or returned under religious sanctity, health, and hygiene standards.
• 4-Hour Cancellation Window: Cancellation requests must be submitted strictly within 4 hours of placement or prior to initiation of temple rituals. Once consecration has begun or the package has been sealed, cancellation cannot be accommodated.
• Custom Vedic Puja Services: Rituals scheduled or completed at Kashi Vishwanath or Ganga Ghats on behalf of a devotee cannot be revoked or refunded once performed.

6. Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability

• Intellectual Property: All site content, brand assets, logos, design themes, photographic archives, and textual descriptions are the proprietary property of Divya Rituals. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
• Spiritual & Traditional Faith: Consecration services, astrological gemstones, and spiritual articles are provided in accordance with traditional Vedic customs and individual spiritual faith. Divya Rituals provides authentic, lab-certified materials where indicated, but does not provide medical, financial, or supernatural guarantees.
• Cap on Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total price paid by the customer for the specific item in question.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and all transactions conducted through the platform are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, difference, or claim arising out of or in connection with purchases from Divya Rituals shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
